We strongly urge that each parade entry have at least one representative attend this meeting.
Individual Parade Committee representatives will be present to answer specific questions concerning equestrians, walking groups, floats, etc. We will also review logistics, transportation, safety, and security so that your line-up goes smoothly for everyone. We will distribute unit packets with materials you will need on parade day.
